Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Bmalaabi account and all the data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself from within the app, or send us a request if you no longer have access to it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

If you can still sign in, this is the fastest way and removes your data immediately:

1. Open the Bmalaabi app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are permanently deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request by email or WhatsApp

If you can no longer access the app, contact us and we'll delete your account for you. Please send your request from the email address you used to sign up, or include the email / phone number on your account so we can verify it's you.

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity, and will confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your authentication account (Google, Apple, or email/password sign-in).
• Your profile — name, nickname, email, phone number, birthday, gender, and profile photo.
• Your in-app data — game bookings, tournament registrations, notifications, registered devices, and feedback you submitted.
• Your reserved nickname, which is released for others to use.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion you would need to create a new account to use Bmalaabi again.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Any such data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to identify you for any other purpose. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you may also be retained.
